Select Moso bamboo with 4-6 years from bamboo forestry

Remove exterior knots

Cut the round bamboo into reasonable segments

Slice the bamboo segments into bamboo strips

Remove the skin and inner knots

Inspect the strips and select good strips to band

The steaming condition inside is according to different situation, including the color, density, rigidity etc

-The bamboo strips have to cooled down in a controlled way after heat treatment. -Cool down duration: 24 hours -Prepare for kiln dry

Put bamboo strips into kiln chamber

Put strips backs into carbon-boiler to balanced the final state, including strips flat factors, reduce equilibrium moisture content etc

Planing each strip in the same width, length, thickness accurately

Grading each strip's color

Laminate each strip with phenolic emission(water boiling proof) glue into plank and prepare for hot pressure

Put bamboo planks into the hot pressure machine

Planing and sanding four sides accurately

Sanding one more time and molding the surface

Controlling final product's quality

Loading goods into container and ready for shipment
